This second set of fringe picture tubes for PaintShop Pro brings a more natural, uneven style to your edges. Each strand varies slightly in length, creating a playful and handcrafted effect—perfect for projects that call for a little less precision and a little more personality.

Just like the original set, these tubes come in 12 rich colors with subtle shading and brightness variations built in. The strands are vertical by default, but you can rotate your project to get a horizontal look if needed. Want to place the fringe along a shape or curve? Use the VectorTube script for perfect alignment along any vector path.

This set complements the original Fringes and Wool Tubes perfectly.
