Why not display your favorite photo like a flashcard with a custom word or phrase?
No need to measure anything as the script will calculate the size of the text and the image, while you still have the option to tweak the photo display to emphasise whoever (or whatever) you want.
Create a square or rectangular card for every member of the family, for daily photo project, or for school pictures of every grade. You surely can find other creative ways to use these custom cards.
