With one click, you tell the script if you want your pages saved in flattened format (jpg, for printing for example), in layered format (psd, psp, or pspimage format) or both. Nothing more to type. The script will measure, crop and save the single pages with "-left" or "-right" in the name, using the same file name as the target file, and saving them in the same folder too.
Even better, you can run this script in batch mode to split several layouts, or several layered templates. You only have to edit the script to change 2 digits. The instructions are in the README file. Imagine that: you can split, crop, save and rename the files for dozens of double layouts or templates in ONE operation. Talk about a time saver!
