Quickly generate a custom color palette from any image already open in your PaintShop Pro workspace—no need for online tools or external uploads! This script will extract between 5 and 12 prominent colors from your image and create a swatch palette, complete with the hex codes for each color. Whether you're designing a layout, building a kit, or looking for color inspiration, this tool gives you a fast and seamless way to capture the perfect palette from your photos, artwork, or papers. Since the script works from a duplicate, your original image remains untouched. You can even crop out parts of the image beforehand to guide which colors are emphasized.
Compatible with PSP 8 and up.
This script can work great with the Palette Expander, if you want a wider range of matching colors.
