If you are concerned with the quality of your elements, you will want to use this script. It will smoothen the edge around your element, eliminating hanging pixels, and filling tiny holes along the edge, in effect, smoothening most of the jaggies. It will also fill in any missing pixels inside your element with a perfectly matching color (this often happens if you used the magic wand to remove sections at one point).
DISCLAIMER: This script will not replace a good extraction job, but it can help finish it. Also, this script is not suitable if you have very fine details along the edge of your element.
