Lined Border - PSP Script

Adding an edge around an element can be a final touch to make it stand out. It is easy to do, sure, but it can be made much faster and more evenly with this script.

This script will add a single or double line inside any object, of any shape, or any size. You can choose to have a thin, medium, thick or very thick line, which will be automatically calculated based on the size of your element, or you can choose a fixed and precise thickness with a custom value. You can also have a thin, medium or wide spacing from the edge, or no spacing at all if you want the line to be right on the edge of the element.

You can have a single or double lines that will be evenly spaced. If you need to run this script on several matching elements, you can even edit the script to choose the settings and skip most of the dialogue windows for an even faster run.

Each line will be left on a separate layer to allow you even more flexibility. You can move the border off center (or even use it without the base shape), you can add a bevel or a shadow, you can change the blend mode, adjust the opacity, grunge a bit, change the color, etc.

The end result can be as varied as you can imagine. You can create a definite outline, or a very subtle effect.
