If you want to add some pizzazz to your photo, showcase energy and dynamism, sparkles are just what you need.
This script will add "random" sparkles in various sizes but based on the colors you will have chosen in drawing the various paths. You can run the script to add a single color, or draw multiple lines in different colors.
The end result will be a number of Sparkles and Glow layers that you can still tweak as needed; change the opacity, erase some area that might cover a face, colorize differently, etc.
Compatible with PSP9 and up.
