Have you ever tried to create such a photo with blocs? How long do you think you would need to create a hundred of blocs like these? It could definitely be long, but the script will do all the hard work in a fraction of the time it would take you to do it manually.
You can use any size photo, whether it is square, rectangular, portrait or landscape, or even panoramic. The script will do all the necessary calculations to generate all the blocs about the same size. You can still choose whether you want the blocs to be small, average or large. If you find that the blocs generated are not the best, just add more. The script will create series of blocs as long as you want.
Once the script is done (or you told it to stop adding more), you can still add some blocks of your own. You might want to focus on a particular section of the photo, on a face or any other detail. The tool will be ready for you with the correct settings, so you can add blocks wherever you want and still have them matching those created by the script. You can even add a rectangular bloc to add a spectacular effect.
No need to worry about your original image since the script will only work on a duplicate. In addition, the script will leave another copy of the image behind the bloc collage. You can use the collage without the background image, but you can also use that image with a special effect, like a blur, a sepia, or a reduced opacity.
