Here is a full alpha including uppercase, lowercase, and punctuation and accents. Each character is made of two separate layers: one layer for the base of the shape (in beige), and one layer for the rope outer edge.
Use the base to cut out your own paper, floodfill with a specific tile or even to cutout part of a photo. The outer edge can easily be colorized to your liking to match your layout or the base.
