You will have 4 options for seamless designs: horizontal, vertical, bidirectional and diagonal. The end result is a perfectly seamless tile with absolutely no blending, and no visible lines once you fill a larger surface.
The script is made to use an element without background. If you have a full image you want to use, you have to cut out the meaningful element from it, or at least cut out the straight edges. Then, you can run the script and get a suitable result.
