Do you use templates? Do you feel you are wasting time adjusting the size of the photos, their placement and the rotation to match the template shape without really being sure how it will look? Do you find yourself using the opacity level on the photos to get a slight idea of what it will look like once trimmed, since you cannot change it after the trimming? This script will then be a terrific time saver. In ONE CLICK, the template layer will be changed to a mask layer and your photo will be placed under it, so you can actually see through the mask and know exactly how it will display on your layout. In addition, it will not be trimmed, so you can move the photo to center your subject, you can resize it to your liking and you can rotate it to match your template shape. And all that, through the mask. No more guessing. What you see is what you get. Once you are happy with what you see, you simply have to merge the group and voilà! You are done.
To run this script as quickly as you can, it was coded without any instruction windows. It is even recommended that you bind the script (for PSP9 and up) so the whole process will actually be exactly a ONE CLICK process.
Perfect companion to the OpenAsLayer script to speed up the work even more.
Compatible with PSP8 and up.
