Felt preset #4

Finally a texture you can use with Paintshop Pro.

This is a set of presets that will allow you to create a felt texture for your projects. Each set includes 1 preset, and 6 seamless felt texture jpg tiles to use with the preset (including also a white that serves as a base for the preset).

Can be used with any version of PSP.
