New script – String Bows

It is fairly easy to use a ready-made bow and maybe colorize it, but you still end up with the same shape, every time. Wouldn't you like to get more variety?

This script will generate slightly different shapes of a bow, and since it will use any picture tube you select, it will give you a lot of versatility. You can use any of the string picture tubes or rope picture tubes in the store. You can also try to use other tubes like pipe cleaners or garlands for different effects. The zip file will also include one greyscale string picture tube for you to use.

As a sample for this script, I ran it and used three different metallic rope tubes. You get three bows, about 800-900 pixels wide so you can resize them if needed.

New script – Quick Tile 3

To create patterns from photos is a great way to have matching colors for your papers. In addition, it is a great way to use "bad" photos, those out of focus, with odd colors, etc.

The script will create up to 25 tiles in just a few seconds. Some designs will be great, others, maybe not-so-great, but you can just discard those that don't suit you. And if needed, run the script again to generate more tiles. With the random feature integrated in the script, you will always get different results.

New script – Gradient Tiles

Gradient tile script for PaintShop ProGradients can be really helpful to create unique patterns, but in order to make such a tile, you have to create a new gradient every time. That is tedious and a lot of work since you might not need those gradients afterward.

This script will create various color/gradient combinations to generate up to 20 tiles from your choice of colors. Keep the tiles you want and discard the rest. Use the tiles as fill patterns, changing the scale and the angle to suit your need.
