New script – Sprayed Alpha

Sprayed Alpha script for PaintShop Pro You can create a sprayed effect on individual letters very quickly.

Using colors, gradients, or patterns in order or randomly, you can generate a complete alpha in just a few seconds. Have the materials used in order or randomly for a fun result.

With this time for back to school in many areas, I created this set of digital using primary colors, in order. Use them to add a year, an anniversary or even to make a border for a back-to-school theme project.

New script – Ribbon Dragonflies

Little bugs and critters can be a fun addition to a project, especially when they are cute and made of ribbons and beads.

This script will use one or two straight ribbons of your choice and create the wings of those adorable dragonflies. You can also choose one or two colors for the body, so the end result will be a perfect match for your project, no matter the color palette you use.

New Script – Gradient Stripes

This script will allow you to combine two patterns into one: gradient and stripes.

Everything is done automatically and randomly based on the colors you provide. Each paper will be made of two unmerged layers: one gradient created from those colors you picked, and one striped layer based on a color from the gradient. You can generate up to 10 different papers in one run. Keep the papers you like, and discard the others.

New script – Ribbon Butterflies

If you are a little bored with regular bows to embellish your projects, here is something a bit different: butterflies. Although they are similar to a bow, they have that symmetry and the additional beaded body to turn them to something original.

You can use any straight ribbon, whether it is opaque or translucent, with straight edges or scalloped. If you use a smaller ribbon, the result will be a smaller butterfly. The maximum size it will make is a 900-pixels butterfly. If your ribbon is thicker than 400 pixels, the script will resize it to 400 and work from there.

For a sampler, I created three straight and translucent ribbons and ran the script on them. I chose some basic colors that should go well with just about anything. You get the butterflies and the matching straight ribbon too.

New Script – Alpha-Maker

If you like to have a title made from a specific paper from a kit but not have everything too even, you will love this script. It will take only a few seconds to create a complete alphabet with slightly varied designs, shading, and pattern. You can choose any number of papers to create individual letters either in order or in random order.

Other options allow you to add an outline in any color and even to create a squiggled outline.

As a sampler, I used a single paper from a kit called The Good Life, by Marisa Lerin. That paper had shadings of orange so the individual characters are all slightly different since they were selected from different sections of that single paper.

New script – Bow #16

We never have too many bows in our stash because it is important to have some variety. Whether you are a scrapbooker or a designer, this is another tool that will allow you to get a new bow from any other straight ribbon.

You can use an opaque ribbon, but also a lacy one or translucent one.

New script – Grass texture

Whether you are creating a project about gardening, golfing or fall, a little patch of grass can be a fun addition, in any shape possible. Why not make a frame? or write a title in a grassy texture?

This script will turn any vector shape into one of five grass types. Do you want lush green grass? Or see all those dandelions? or maybe the grass is a bit yellow after the winter, or brown from super dry summer or even with a few dried leaves.

New script – Metal Beads

Beads can come in all shapes and colors and if you want to use them in your project, you might want to write messages or titles with them. What will you write?

This script will create the beads for you, using any font you want (although some fonts will yield better results than others) and you can choose to have gold, silver or bronze beads. If you want to have something other than alpha-numerical characters, you can choose to have a custom design too.

New script – Enamel

You can create some enamel look on any simple flat design you have, whether it has borders or not.

Create pins, alphas, tags, etc. and add them to your next project. You get the option to choose any color edge for them, and in the end, you have several unmerged layers that will allow you to tweak them separately as needed.

New script – Datestamp 8

This is another way to add a small detail to your project, whether it is an actual date, a name, a location, or an event. And this format is quite unique and more interesting than just a little bit of text on your page.

This script allows you to choose any text for it, and you can also choose the font for the main text. The color can be selected in the beginning, but since the result will be on separate layers, you can always colorize the sections separately if you want.
