New script – Chevrons 5

You can now create unique chevrons papers without having to rely on a template or reusing something over and over. The script can use up to 6 colors for a unique palette, and will pick the colors randomly to draw the chevrons.

You can also choose how much variation in brightness for the individual sections. You can get a subtle result, or something bold.

For a sample, I simply created some greyscale papers that you can colorize the way you want. Use the Colorize command or the Hue/Saturation/Lightness command. One page has more subtle variations and the other has bolder contrast.

New Script – Chevrons 3

Chevron pattern script for PaintShop ProThese chevron patterns can be that additional effect you want in a paper. You can choose to use any color palette, whether it is bright, contrasting, pastel or monochrome.

The script will cover any active image with a layer and the pattern. You can then add a solid background layer in the color you want to enhance the design.

Chevron pattern free paperAs a sampler, I ran the script on a full-size paper (3600x3600 px) and chose option 3 for the chevron pattern. I picked the color palette from the July Blog Train at DigitalScrapbook. You get one paper with a white outline and one with a black outline.
