Crochet Lace #2 – new script

cass-crochet2

Did you like the first Crochet lace script? This is my second one (and probably not the last either). I love to code those laces. And this time, you can also have a fringe added or not. It is your choice.

Since this script allows you to colorise the rows separately, i found a great trick. Look at the bottom sample lace: i colorised the first few rows with a certain setting, with the Lightness set to about -75. Later on, i would just change the lightness and go -55,  -35, -15, 15, 35, 55, etc. That is how i got that gradient effect. Neat isn't it?

You can get this lovely lace script at any of my stores, listed on the left. If you get it, and like it, be sure to leave some feedback.

cass-crochet2_01Now, look at what Linda did with this script (and also the Curved photo script and the Ribbon #1 script). She used kits from Eden and Millcreek Canyon from Amanda Thorderson. Isn't that layout gorgeous?

Template maker – PSP script

cass-template-makerWith this script, you can turn ANY layered layout of yours, into a template that you can give away or sell. And it takes only a few seconds too. Do you still have some layered templates around? Why not turn them into templates to share with your friends, or sell in your store, or give as freebies on your blog?

If you also have some layered elements (envelopes, animals, etc.), you can also turn them into greyscale layered templates. Those are very popular lately as customers will be able to use their own color, pattern, paper, etc.

Check them in the store: Template Maker

As a demonstration, I am sharing with you, the actual template I made for the preview, using that script.

It is full size, but rectangular. It includes a layered PSD file, and a set of png files with the individual layers, for those who cannot use layered file format.

You need to be logged in to download this sample. You can either login, or register on the top of this page.

If you use this template, why not show me your layout. I might just as well display it on my blog.

And if you are template makers, this script might be a time saver for you! Check it out in my stores.

Crochet lace #1

cass-crochet1

This week i created a crochetted lace for you to embellish your pages. You can use an existing ribbon of your own, or you can generate one from scratch with the script itself. You can colorise each row of crochet separately, or all at once at the end. You can also finish the script with all the layers merged or leave the ribbon on a layer of its own.

It is now compatible with version 8 and up.

You can get it at Scrapping Whispers, Do It Digi, Scraphead, Divine Digital, or at my personal store.

And as usual, it is on sale until Sunday night.

cass-crohet1-samplerNow, do you want to see this lace up close? I have this sampler for you. It is 3600 pixels long and merged on one layer, in greyscale. You can colorise the lace to match your page, or your kit.

You need to be logged in to download this sample. You can either login, or register on the top of this page.

Valentine Day Sampler

cass-valentine-sampler

Just for you, i created a Valentine Day sampler.

You can use it any way you want. It includes a 3600 pixels long scalloped ribbon and a matching ribbon heart that is about 2400 pixels wide.

The ribbon was made using the Scallops Script, while the heart was made with the Ribbon Heart #2 script.

You need to be logged in to download this sample. You can either login, or register on the top of this page.

And if you like it, or if you use it, leave me a note! I love to know what people like.

Bow #2 script

cass-bow2

This week, i followed suggestions from some customers. You want ribbons and bows, and that is what i made for you.

This script gives you the opportunity to use your own ribbon to make the bow or, if you want, the script can create one for you, with your choice of colors, gradients, patterns, and then make a matching bow. So that is like two scripts for the price of one.

You can get this script at all my stores (on the left). If you hurry, you can take advantage of a great sale too!

Lace #2 – PSP script

cass-script-lace2

This script will let you create a two-color ribbon/lace. Choose the colors to match your picture, your layout or your kit. You can also choose to have an opaque ribbon, translucent ribbon or a tulle lace as a background. You choose the color for the background ribbon, and you can even add textures if you want. What a way to match what you are doing now. The end result is a 3600 pixels long ribbon/lace.

You can also combine this script with many other of my scripts to make knots, ribbon hearts, ribbon flowers, folded ribbons, ribbon frames.

This script is available at Scrapping Whispers, Screaphead, Do It Digi and Divine Digital (and on sale until Sunday).

cass-lace2-samplerYou want to check it up close? You can get this sample for free. It is Commercial use friendly and you can colorise it as you wish.

You need to be logged in to download this sample. You can either login, or register on the top of this page.

Knot #2 script

cass_knot2This script will give you the opportunity to use your own ribbon to create a knot, or if you want to start from scratch, you will get prompted to provide your choice of color/sgradients/patterns
to make a 3600 pixels long ribbon. So you can end up with ONE ribbon and ONE matching knot to embellish your page or complete your kit. At the end of script you will also have the choice of merging all the layers or leave them only linked in case you want to insert decorative element inside the knot.

This script has been tested with versions 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.

As usual, this script is available at all my stores and it is 25% until Sunday, Jan 25th.

See what Guyloup did with this script. cass-knot2_01

Multiple photo split – New script

cass_multiple-photo-splitThis new script will allow you to cut any photo into pieces for an interesting layout. You will have many options. You can have each small pieces with or without a border. If you want a border, you have three thickness to choose from AND you obviously get to choose the color too. Although white is kind of standard in color choice, you can pick ANY color, or even a gradient or a pattern for a really original effect. Once the photo is split into pieces, you can have each one only moved, or rotated, or a combinaison of both. More choices than that too as you can have the pieces left flat on the page or slightly curved. Each run of the script will give a different result even if you use the same settings; that is because there is a randomized function built into that script. Check them out in my stores.

New scripts – Fence and Knit texture

cass_fenceLast week, i released, on its own, the fence script that was part of my first grab bag, back in December. This script gives the user many options. You could make a 3600 pixels long fence and in the process of running the script, you can choose between 6 different woods, 4 different board shapes, 3 different cutouts in the top of the boards or no cutout, and finally, you can choose to have all the boards even on top or in a wavy pattern. That gives you a total of 192 possible fences. See what you could do with such a script.

Guyloup did a nice montage with this script.

cass_script-knitAnd how about knitting some mittens, scarves or other warm objects? With the knit texture script will give you that opportunity. In fact, every time you run the script, you will get a different pattern. The end result is a 400 x 400 pixels seamless tile,  giving you the possibility to floodfill any surface or even a whole paper. Create a grey tile and import it as a texture for future use too. This script was also part of the December Grab Bag.

Folded photo scripts

Do you like the look of folded photos? These two scripts will allow you to fold any image or photo either in two or in four. Maybe you are the kind of person who likes neat folds? You can get just that. The script can fold perfectly centered, either horizontally or vertically, as you choose. But maybe you want a bit of a wilder look, grungy maybe? Or maybe you want to simulate a careless folding? This is also possible as the script can generate a random rotation and placement of the folds. Run the script 10 times and you will get 10 different folds.

There are two scripts: one for single fold, and one for double fold.
