Cookie Cutter - PSP Script

I love this script because I love the colors and patterns of papers in scrapkits or even ones I've made myself. This is like having an unlimited selection of photo mats (rectangles or rounded rectangles) or elements (any preset shape, including circles) to stack up in adorable matching patterns. Choices in the script include varying sizes and rotations so they're not samey-samey.
