If you were using traditional paper supplies, you could use scissors to cut random pieces of paper or tear them. However, when using digital supplies, the process is a little different.
This script will generate up to 15 pieces that will be cut or torn from a base image. You can choose a digital paper from a kit, or even a photo. You can select to have straight edges or randomly curved ones. If you choose torn edges (as opposed to cut ones), you will be able to select what color will be on the edges, as the base paper.
The bits and pieces will range in size from 500 to 1500 pixels.
Compatible with PSP9 and up.
