This freebie is a simple frame made out of tire tracks. How were those tracks drawn? Simple as picture tubes. They are made in straight line, but as picture tubes, they could be drawn any way you want, straight or curved, short or long, and you can even duplicate a track to make a matching pair!

This frame would be suitable to be used with a 6x4 photo (you can also rotate it for a 4x6 photo). And if your photo is larger, you can use the frame to focus on only part of the photo, which is a different yet interesting way to use a frame NOT on the outline of a photo.
