This freebie consists of 3 sets of confetti with Halloween themes: skulls, pumpkins and cats. They can only be used in Paintshop Pro versions 9 and up (sorry, they can NOT be used in Photoshop).

Those confetti are very simple to create if you are using the Custom Confetti script: simply create a single base shape and run the script. It will do all the work for you as in copying, pasting, moving, rotating, resizing, brightening, then adding bevels and shadows.
