You can now turn any line drawing or solid shape into a neon light.
You can choose any color you want to create your neon outline.
The script will actually create two versions of the neon outlines: one will be of a neon turned on, complete with glow and bright light, and one turned off, with a darker color.
Your original shape will be left untouched so you can still use it again.
Compatible with PSP8 and up.
