Do you like to remember what products, elements and fonts you used in a project so you can refer to them later? Do you like to give credits to the designers whose products you used in your layout? Do you find this compilation a tedious chore? This script will help you. If you rename the layers in a meaningful way, the script will compile all the names of the layers (excluding those with strandard names like "raster", or "shadow", which would not be meaningful for a compilation list). The script will also ignore all hidden layers; if you hid them, you didn`t use them in the final version of your layout. As a bonus, the script will also extract the font names of the non-rasterized text layers.
All the information will be compiled in the Image Information window, so the data will always be with the layout. No more risk of loosing that extra txt file. If you need to return to the credit list, it will still be readily available years from now.
This script has been tested with versions 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13. Another added bonus: the script will have several messages to help you through the process and if you run a French version of PSP, the script will detect it and show all the messages also in French.
This will be a perfect companion to the Open as Layer script.
